Residential, recurring
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The same crew, the same checklist, your house on a slow rotation back to clean.
A field guide to the city's most meticulous cleaning crew — written by the people whose kitchens they leave behind.
There is a particular kind of quiet that follows a good clean — the kitchen catches the morning light differently, the grout is white again, the dog has decided these are her people. That quiet is what we sell. Not products, not checklists.
True Shines began in 2014 in a Kitsilano one-bedroom with two mops, a folding ladder, and a vow to never be the kind of cleaning company that ghosts on a Friday afternoon. Twelve years later the ladder is taller, the crew is bonded and WSIB-certified, and the Friday-afternoon vow is still in force.
What follows is a record of what we do, how we do it, and what 247 of your neighbours have to say about it.
Booked the biweekly after a bad experience with a franchise. Three months in, the same crew every time, my plants are alive, my dog isn't terrified. Worth every dollar.
A flat quote in sixty seconds. A real human on the phone. A crew on time, or the clean is on us.
