Our founder, Maya R., spent 6 years as a property manager at a Coal Harbour strata before getting tired of vendors who didn't show up, didn't photograph their work, and didn't answer the phone. She started True Shines with a simple thesis: the cleaning industry was operating like it was 1995, while the buildings it served had moved into the 2020s.
