How fast can you start?

Residential cleans can usually start within 5 business days. Commercial contracts typically go live in 7–14 days depending on the SOP complexity and keyholder onboarding. If you have a hard deadline (move-out, post-construction turnover), flag it on the form and we'll prioritize.

Are you insured? WSIB?

Yes to both. $5M general liability through Intact Insurance, bonded, and full WSIB coverage (account #44188291). All certificates are current and available as PDF on request — just ask your account manager. We carry spare certificates in every commercial contract for your procurement team.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — all labour, supplies, and equipment are included in our flat rate. We use EcoLogo-certified products by default, and can swap to your specific product list (e.g. for medical or food-service environments) at no extra cost. Specialty equipment (carpet extractors, floor buffers, pressure washers) is included for commercial contracts.

What does the 24h re-clean guarantee actually mean?

If a clean is rated below 4.5★ on your internal survey — or if you flag any issue — we re-clean the affected areas within 24 hours, free of charge. No upcharge, no debate. We tracked 47 re-cleans in 2025 (out of 18,000 visits) and every one was completed within 24 hours.

Can I see who's cleaning my space?

Yes. Every visit is photo-verified — before, during and after photos are uploaded to your dashboard. You can see exactly which crew was on-site (names, photos, badge numbers) and the timestamp of every photo. For commercial accounts, you can also add your own check-in / check-out requirements.

What's your cancellation policy?

For one-time cleans, 24h notice. For recurring, you can pause or cancel anytime with 14 days notice — no termination fees. We don't lock you into annual contracts on the residential side. On commercial, annual contracts get a 10–18% discount, but you can still exit after 90 days with 30 days notice.
