Our Story

We started because the alternatives weren't good enough.

In 2014, our founder was running a small dental clinic in Kitsilano and couldn't find a cleaning company that understood operator-grade sterilization. The vendors she'd hire would clean the waiting room beautifully and walk straight past the operatory chairs like they didn't exist. She'd reschedule patients while her team re-cleaned the rooms at 11pm.

So she hired two of the best cleaners she'd ever met, wrote her own protocols, and started True Shines Cleaning out of her garage. Eleven years later, the same playbook drives every account: written scope, named team, documented visits, and a 24-hour re-clean guarantee.

We now serve 247 facilities across Metro Vancouver — from single-chair dental offices in Yaletown to 30,000 sq ft Class-A financial institutions downtown. We still answer our own phones.
