Never. All 12 of our nightly crews are W-2 employees on our payroll, wearing our branded royal-blue polos and photo IDs. No day-labor, no gig workers, no subcontractor roulette. The person you meet on the site survey is from the same team that will be in your building every night.

Free site survey within 48 hours of your call. Flat-rate contract delivered within 24 hours after that. Once signed, we can typically onboard and start service within 5 business days. Emergency callouts are 90 minutes from call to crew on-site across Metro Vancouver.

Yes. We're GBAC STAR trained and our BEST service tier includes full bio-risk documentation, MSDS sheets, training records, and audit-ready inspection reports. We currently clean dental clinics, medical offices, biotech labs, and senior living facilities across Metro Vancouver.

3 months for recurring residential and commercial contracts. One-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction have no minimum. After the initial 3 months, all recurring contracts are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.

All chemicals are EcoLogo UL 2759 certified and chosen for low VOC, no harsh fumes, and pet-safe residue profiles. We carry MSDS sheets for every product and can swap to fully green-only chemistry on request for sensitive households.
