Terms of service.
These terms govern the use of the True Shines Cleaning Ltd. website and the provision of janitorial, facility management, and related services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
True Shines Cleaning Ltd. provides commercial janitorial, facility management, and related cleaning services to commercial, residential, and industrial properties in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and by request across British Columbia. Specific services, scope, frequency, and pricing are detailed in your individual service agreement.
Service agreements
Each client engagement is governed by a written service agreement that specifies:
- Scope of work (what is cleaned, in what order, with what frequency)
- Pricing (fixed monthly quote or per-visit fee, as agreed)
- Schedule (days, times, frequency)
- Term and renewal
- Cancellation, pause, and skip policies
- Re-clean guarantee terms
The service agreement takes precedence over these website terms in the event of a conflict.
Pricing and payment
All quotes are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. Invoices are due net 30 days from issue. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month (19.56% per annum). We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 60 days past due.
24-hour re-clean guarantee
If you notify us within 24 hours of a clean that anything is off — a missed spot, a streak, a trash can that wasn't emptied, anything we did or didn't do — we will return the same business day (or the next business day if the issue is reported after hours) to re-clean at no charge. This guarantee does not cover new damage, tenant activity between cleans, or issues outside our scope of work.
Insurance and liability
True Shines Cleaning Ltd. carries $5,000,000 in general liability insurance and full WSIB coverage. We are bonded. Certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request. In the event of damage caused by our crew, notify us within 24 hours; we will file a claim and replace or repair as appropriate.
Subcontracting
All cleaning is performed by True Shines Cleaning Ltd. employees (W-2 staff, on payroll, with WSIB coverage). We do not subcontract cleaning services to third parties. Specialty services (HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) may be performed by vetted partners under our direct supervision and contract.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We do not charge cancellation fees. Skip credits for any pre-paid periods will be refunded or applied to your final invoice.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
