We built a cleaning company the opposite way.
True Shines started because the founder spent three years watching Vancouver cleaning companies cycle through buildings, rotate crews, and ghost when something went wrong. The pattern was the same everywhere: cheap initial quote, surprise invoicing, rotating strangers with keys, then disappearance.
We built the opposite. Same crew, every visit. One supervisor per building. A 24-hour re-clean guarantee. Fixed monthly quotes with no surprise add-ons. In-house W-2 staff, not subcontractors.
